Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This policy explains which personal data wesual.fit handles, why we need it, who receives it and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
The site wesual.fit is run by WEsual, a startup in stealth mode (“WEsual”, “we”, “us”). WEsual is responsible for the personal data described here. To reach us about your data, use the contact form on this site.
What we collect
When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your first name, your e-mail address, who you are reaching out as (brand, investor, early user, press or other) and your message. Your last name and your company or brand are optional. Please do not put sensitive information in your message.
Like any website, wesual.fit works because your browser contacts our hosting provider and the services listed below, so they see your IP address and the information your browser provides. To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is filled in by a person and not by a robot, and for that check it receives the same technical data.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use the data you send through the form to answer your message and follow up on it. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect what we did with your data before.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who receives your data
Our team, and the service providers below, who work on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: hosting of the site and of the server behind the form. Its Turnstile check confirms that the form is filled in by a person and not by a robot. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to the site without cookies.
- Brevo: e-mail delivery. It sends your message to our team and a copy of it to the e-mail address you gave us.
- Google Fonts: loads the fonts of the site. Your browser asks Google’s servers for them, so Google sees your IP address and the information your browser provides.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and your contact details as long as needed to answer your message and follow up, and we delete it sooner if you ask. The site has no database of its own: your message exists as e-mails in our mailbox and in the delivery records of Brevo.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request through the contact form on this site and we will answer it.
Cookies
We do not set cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
